Adlington Hall Metal Detecting Rally
Adlington Hall what more can I say a perfect venue with stunning surroundings. After a short spell of rain the sun soon came out to greet us with its presence. After the mornings briefing all the members went off and had a group photograph taken in front of this, what I must say very extraordinary building…
After a short while the finds started to grace the table, there was a total of 5 hammered silver coins, a silver knot design ring, casket key, military buttons, a late medieval buckle, brooch, pocket watch chain, bullets, girl guides badge, unknown lead objects, diamond cluster earring and much much more.
We can’t include all of them as there are just too many to list, but I hope you all get an idea of what a fantastic day was had by all that attended in the images below.
What I can say is there is too much to put into words so I hope the photographs do all the talking for me please enjoy.
