Exciting News …

Here we are half way through our summer open season and in full swing with our weddings and events, as well as our exciting Back to Back Garden at RHS Tatton Flower show – but more about that will follow in a few weeks… Yet we have big news this week that we can’t wait to share… the arrival of our new General Manager, Bridget Roberts.
Bridget has joined us from Mount Stuart, situated on the Isle of Bute (yes, we had to Google it too!), prior to which she was at Tatton Park in Cheshire. Bridget has over 10 years’ experience of Event and Visitor Services management in a visitor attraction environment, along with 15 years Sales and Marketing experience gained with companies such as Nestle, P&G and United Biscuits. We’re delighted to welcome Bridget to our Adlington Hall and Gardens ‘family’ and are looking forward to the next chapter with her wealth of experience and expertise.

“I am thrilled to be joining Adlington Hall and Gardens, it is a truly beautiful estate and the team have been so welcoming.  Adlington is going through some exciting times including partnership with Barretts Event Caterers, refurbishment of the Hunting Lodge and revision of the Wedding packages to allow for greater flexibility and individuality for our Bride’s and Groom’s and I really feel like I am joining at a genuinely exciting time .  Cheshire born and bred it is lovely to be back home working within such a fabulous environment, so close to family and friends, although I will miss living on a remote Scottish Island, it is nice to be in a warmer climate!”
