The Year in Review
Well what a 12 months it’s been here at Adlington. One thing’s for sure there’s never a dull moment. In between weddings and other events we’ve launched Afternoon Teas, rebranded and got ourselves this new website. Here’s a whistle stop tour of some of this year’s highlights. Enjoy!
January 2013 saw us complete Phase one of the refurb to the Hunting Lodge bar area. Phase 2 to the main room will be completed in January 2015.
We began the process of re-branding which started with us launching our new logo.
The Great Hall murals were painstakingly repaired and cleaned.
As we prepared to open the Gardens for the season we also launched Afternoon Teas.
2014 was our must successful Summer yet for number of visitors to the Hall and Garden.
We acquired a rhino called Blossom from Marketing Cheshire.
Doing what we love to do we saw a host of weddings throughout the year. This is one of our favourite images of the lovely Kate and Matt and their wedding party.
We replicated the T’ing House to take part in the RHS Tatton Show with Cheshire’s Gardens of Distinction.
Proud to have been part of the RHS Show and an award winning display!
Gordon Stewart graced us with his presence for a fabulous Organ Recital which on a very warm September evening saw us treat guests to canapés and drinks in the Courtyard.
The branding project continued with new signage being rolled out across this estate this one is in the foyer at the Hunting Lodge.
The Christmas and events folders were delivered…
… our new wedding brochure and leaflets arrived too.
The final piece of the branding jigsaw was completed as the external signs arrived and were erected.
We attended our first ever Wedding Fair at Event City and had a great time.
Fresh off the back of Event City we launch our own Wedding Showcase.
And then before we knew it Christmas was nearly upon as we launched our Winter programme of events.
